Part 2 has been named and dated by Square Enix.
As part of today's big 25th Anniversary Celebration stream for Final Fantasy VII (7), Square Enix revealed the name and date for the second part of the Final Fantasy 7 remake.
Part 2 will be titled Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and will continue the story that began with Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. Square Enix says that they are targeting a winter 2023 release for the PlayStation 5 with Rebirth.

Capcom Allows PC Users to Play Old Versions of Resident Evil 2, 3, and 7
PC players have reported a bunch of technical issues following the "next-gen" update.
A free update for Resident Evil 2, 3, and 7 rolled out this week for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Included in the update was the addition of ray tracing support and some other graphical enhancements. While this was mostly for the next-gen consoles the PC version also received the new features as well.
Sadly, this update came with several drawbacks for many users....
