Howard shares a ton of fresh information about Bethesda's upcoming titles.

IGN just shared some of the most important bits from a lengthy interview with Bethesda Game Studios' Todd Howard in which they talk about everything from Starfield to Fallout 5. I guess that means Fallout 5 is officially announced now? Seems that way.

Howard says that "Elder Scrolls 6 is in pre-production and, you know, we're going to be doing Fallout 5 after that, so our slate's pretty full...

Battlefield 2042 Update 1.0 Patch Notes

Yes, 1.0. We're up to version 1.0 after the game has been out now for almost 200 days.

Battlefield 2042 is truly the gift that keeps on giving. I mean that in the most condescending way possible here. Since Battlefield 2042 officially launched on November 19, 2021 it has received zero content updates while the team at DICE worked to make the game less of a steaming mess of a pile. The first season for the game is, at last, finally upon us and with it comes a rather anemic amount of...

In addition to announcing that they are ditching Hazard Zone support, today's...

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Releasing October 28

The sequel remake to the remake and reboot of a game that was remastered.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be released on October 28. This is the follow-up to the Call of Duty: Moden Warfare game that came out in 2019, which was a remake of a 2007 game which led to a direct sequel, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, in 2009. Got it? Good.

Today's release date reveal included a weird video clip and what is possibly the cover art for the game. With a literal boatload of money...

    Confused yet?

Why am I rambling on about release dates? Because there isn't anything to talk about today besides this new logo reveal. This...

Call of Duty Cheaters Will Now Be Unable to See Other Players

...But other players can still see the cheaters.

The new system introduced today is called Cloaking. With Cloaking, players that are supposedly cheating will be unable to see other players in the game world....

Activision Promises Warzone 2 will Feature 'Groundbreaking Innovations'

Is the removal of microtransactions one of those? That'd be pretty groundbreaking for them.

As part of their first quarter financial results, Activision said that Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will feature "groundbreaking innovations" when it is revealed later this year.

Activision says that development on the follow-up to their still popular battle royale, Call of Duty: Warzone, is "proceeding very well." They note that Warzone 2 will still be free-to-play...

Snoop Dogg Playable Operator Added to Call of Duty Just in Time for 4/20

I'm sure the timing is purely coincidental.

Activision announced the release of the Tracer Pack: Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle earlier today. This pack is for both Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone.

As you may have gathered already, this pack includes a playable Snoop Dogg Operator that you can use in both Vanguard and Warzone multiplayer sessions. The Doggfather was shown off in a new trailer (maybe embedded below? Who knows how the age restriction will handle...

Call of Duty Player Caught Cheating... By Himself

    Hoisted by his own petard.

A Call of Duty: Vanguard player was recently accused of cheating while competing in a recent unofficial paid tournament. The player and streamer, known as Kenji, tried to clear his name by pointing a webcam at his screen while streaming in order to try to prove he wasn't cheating.

It backfired in the most spectacular fashion.

This all went down in a 2v2 Search and Destroy match. Though Kenji and his teammate won the match, the results...

Call of Duty to Skip Major 2023 Release

A year without an annual Call of Duty release is unheard of.

There has been a premium Call of Duty game released every year since Call of Duty 2 back in 2005. Prior to that, the first title in the franchise was released in 2003, meaning that only 2004 went without a new entry. Since 2005, new Call of Duty releases were like clockwork. They were as regular as a yearly Madden release or you when eating a diet high in fiber.

According to an exclusive report from Bloomber...

    Well, at least for now.

After news broke about Microsoft acquiring Activision Blizzard, Call of Duty fans on PlayStation started to get a little antsy. What would happen to their favorite FPS franchise on the Sony platform? Would they have to make the leap to Xbox to continue playing?

According to a post on Reddit, streamer Dr Disrespect encountered this hacked lobby weapon boost earlier today. Another streamer, TimTheTatman also found himself in one...

  • Poll: Thoughts on Summer Game Fest 2022?
    by Shawn Zipay
Did Keighley's summer game jamboree 2022 impress you?

With the Summer Game Fest 2022 essentially being over (save for some Multiversus thing on the 21st), it's time to ask you: What'd you think of it?

Did the announcements and reveals exceed your expectations? Or did the reveals drastically under-deliver this year? Maybe what was shown off completely matched your expectations, be they high or low expectations to begin with. Hell, maybe you just want the old E3 back with...
