    Hey, remember Avatar? Yeah, it's apparently still a thing!

    It's been 12 years since James Cameron blasted our eyeballs with blue, 3D aliens, but that franchise is clawing its way back from obscurity with multiple releases planned for the coming years. Avatar 2 is coming maybe next year? Avatar 3 is coming in 2024. Avatar 4 is in 2025. Avatar 5 is slated for 2028.

    I'm not joking either.

    Gearbox Announces Godfall Expansion and PS4 Release

    Since they didn't really show off much of anything else.

    During their E3 2021 presentation, Gearbox talked a lot about the upcoming Borderlands movie. They again showed off that Tiny Tina's Wonderlands trailer for the third time in the past few days and they showed some Tribes of Midgard footage.     World War Z: Aftermath Announced

    Featuring even MORE zombies than before.

    World War Z: Aftermath was announced today as part of the IGN Expo. This release will include everything in World War Z: Game of the Year Edition, with the addition of new characters, a new melee system, new undead enemies (rats), and a new first-person mode.

    This release will also take advantage of the new console hardware and will run at up to 4K/60FPS on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

    Haunted Space Gameplay Trailer from IGN Expo

    Haunted Space got itself a new trailer today courtesy of the IGN Expo. This atmospheric horror flight-sim was first revealed back in the far off time of March 2021.     Salt and Sacrifice Announced, Sequel to Salt and Sanctuary

    A new Soulslike is on the horizon.

    Ska Studios (they came before Reggae Studios I guess), just announced that a sequel to their popular Soulslike game, Salt and Sanctuary, is in development. The new game comes with a new name, Salt and Sacrifice, but will retain its side-scrolling visual style.
