Plus the beta has been canceled.

Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment released a new developer diary video for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. This video takes you behind the scenes into some of the work that is going into the creation of this third-person action shooter.

The video features a look at Clive Standen in his role as Lieutenant Titus. We also get a look at the work going into the game's art, general development, and QA testing.

Pre-orders for Space Marine 2 are live right now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game will be released on September 9, 2024.

Sadly, a planned beta for Space Marine 2 has been canceled. The teams decided that they would rather spend time working on optimization, polish, and bug fixing the remaining issues ahead of the game's launch. They say they do not want to take development teams away from working on these issues to create the public beta and thus it has been canceled.
