Watch Almost an Hour of Death Stranding Gameplay

A lot of gameplay footage that may finally provide a lot of answers.

The marketing for the Kojima Productions game, Death Stranding, has left consumers with more questions than answers. It's a game from the mind of Hideo Kojima, so of course the marketing was going to be odd. The problem was, there are a lot of people that just have no idea about what the game was even about even after the numerous trailers.

Maybe sitting down and watching 50 minutes of gameplay will help clear up that confusion. If that doesn't work, then maybe a breakdown of the gameplay footage from...

Cube World is Coming to Steam

Let me take you back to the year 2013...

In 2013, a little game called Cube World came out in an "alpha" release. It was a cute, stylized adventure-RPG that offered a ton of freedom, battles, exploration, and more. A big appeal of the alpha was being able to have all of these adventures with your friends in one world. To its credit, the limited content of the alpha was quite enjoyable but the promise of bigger and better was always just around the corner. The problem came when it was just never updated! Eventually the developer went dark.

We would sometimes...

It was submitted by Vernie Roberts on behalf of himself and the other workers that were laid off this past Friday. • Red Dead Redemption 2 Has About 200 Species of Animal for You to Hunt and Skin

Rockstar would like to inform you that Red Dead Redemption 2 will have about 200 species of animals, birds, and fish. All of these creatures will "behave and respond to their environment in a unique way."

I am assuming that every single one of these animals will be able to be hunted, killed, and skinned. It just wouldn't feel right if you couldn't do that in a Red Dead Redemption sequel.

Rockstar also passes along word that there are 19 different breeds of horses that you will be able to find in the world. These 19 breeds will have "59 different styles of coat" and you will be able to customize the crap out of them. I am assuming you cannot hunt these, but maybe just maybe.

Telltale Games Reportedly Laid Off Most Employees Today (Updated)

Reports started to come in that Telltale Games, the development studio behind adventure titles like The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, was hit with a huge number of layoffs today.

The studio, which has been actively developing and releasing The Walking Dead: The Final Season, is reportedly down to just 25 employees. In early to mid-2017, over 300 people were said to be employed at the studio. And to those who may be confused, I'm not talking about 25% of the staff remaining. I'm talking about just 25 individuals. The first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season came out just last month. The second episode is still slated to be released next week. Layoffs pre...
