A new SpongeBob adventure is just around the bend.

THQ Nordic announced that there is a new SpongeBob SquarePants game currently in development by Purple Lamp. SpongeBob - The Cosmic Shake is an entirely new adventure from the same studio that brought us Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated.

The Cosmic Shake is being developed for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and the Nintendo Switch. This new adventure will take you to a bunch of different "Wishworlds." These worlds will have their own setting and rules. There are places like the Wild West Jellyfish Fields and Halloween Rock Bottom.

This new SpongeBob title will be playable at the THQ Nordic booth at Gamescom. Just hit up Hall 8 #A10 if you happen to be in attendance.
