A Rumor Suggests a Knights of the Old Republic Remake is in Development

It's a slow news day, so here's a rumor born from a single site.

A new rumor was fired up yesterday from cinelinx.com that says a remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is currently in the works. There might be a bit of validity behind this rumor, we aren't exactly sure ourselves. The track record of cinelinx is unknown to us, but it's a slow news day so let's roll with it.

The site claims that two independent sources have told them that Knights of the Old R...

Court Rules that Player's Free Speech Rights Weren't Violated After Being Banned From a Video Game

Imagine that, a gamer was dumb enough to argue about free speech rights.

A federal court dismisses a case where an (alleged) moron complained about his free speech rights being violated in a video game. A Pennsylvania man actually tried to claim that his civil rights were violated after he was muted by the developers in an online video game.

To interject briefly: Yes, there are indeed people that don't have a fucking clue what "freedom of speech" actually means....

Horizon: Zero Dawn Might Be Coming to PC in 2020

Is Sony embracing the Microsoft release format?

For just a short time now, Microsoft has embraced the PC platform with giant, hearty bearhugs. Microsoft has released, and plans to release, a number of their first-party Xbox titles on the PC via Steam and the Windows 10 Store. The biggest push for the PC platform from Microsoft came from the launch of the Xbox Game Pass for PC. Though still technically in beta, Game Pass for PC has already offered up a number of titles for a fairly...

    Cyberpunk 2077 Sees Significant Delay

At least April won't be so jam packed now.

Earlier today, CD Projekt RED announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will be delayed. The game was originally slated to be released on April 16, but most fans actually expected to see a delay announced sooner rather than later. There was "just no way" that game was going to be released in April. Even a number of previews for the game noted how janky a lot of it seemed, especially for a game that was mere months away from release.

More specifically, there were more than 1.1 million paying subscribers to the game in 2019. This is in addition to the "many millions" that simply partake of the free-to-play content.

    Old School...
