From the same company trying to sell you a $130 version of Star Wars Outlaws.

The Crew was Ubisoft's open-world racing game that was pulled from sale back in December 2023. As of March 31, 2024, Ubisoft shut down the online servers for The Crew. This effectively made the game unplayable across all platforms, including: PC,...

Tim Sweeney is always mad.

The antitrust lawsuit against Valve from Wolfire Games got a little spicy this week. To quickly get you up to speed: Wolfire claims that Valve uses its position with Steam to control game prices and muscle out competition. It may have taken almost two years, but we are now starting to see some of the documents that...

Obsidian Announces New Co-op Survival Game at X019

The first game from Obsidian under Microsoft is a co-op survival game.

At X019, Obsidian and Xbox Game Studios announced a new co-op survival game. Grounded is a first-person game that tasks you and a friend with surviving the dangers of a suburban backyard. That's right, you are the size of an ant. You're still a human but you're teeny and some might say tiny.

A little film by the name of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids has been preparing me for this game since the early 90s....

The Game Awards Partners with the New Jumanji Film

When I think "video games" I also think of Hollywood film sequels that are remakes of an old film based on a board game.

On December 12, you will be able to watch the The Game Awards for 2019. If you happen to be in or near a town with a Cinemark theater, you may also get to watch the new Jumanji movie right after The Game Awards are over.

It's one hell of an odd pairing but it is a pairing that has been made nonetheless. This is thanks to a partnership between...

Yakuza: Like a Dragon Trailer Teases a Fight Against a Familiar Face

Series staple Kazuma Kiryu returns to teach the new guy some old tricks.

A new trailer came out today for Yakuza 7, or as it's actually called in Western markets, Yakuza: Like a Dragon. This new trailer is over ten minutes long and is presented entirely in Japanese with no dubs or subtitles.

However, I can say that the trailer focuses on Masato Arakawa, a character presumed to be the main antagonist in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. According to some translations done by Dual...

    Shenmue 3 Launch Trailer

A headline very few thought they'd read.

A launch trailer for Shenmue 3 was released today ahead of its November 19 release date. I'm sure this is a trailer few thought you would actually see, especially with the questionable crowdfunding campaign and Epic exclusive shenanigans that have gone on.

But if you stuck with the game through all of that and are still somehow looking forward to Shenmue 3, next week is your week. Let's see what PlayStation 4 and Epic Games Store...

Sonic Looks Fantastic in New Trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog Movie

Now this is a good looking hedgehog!

Back in April of this year, the first trailer for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie was unleashed upon the world. I say "unleashed" not because of the terrible Sonic Unleashed game, but because of the unspeakable horrors Sonic's movie design thrust upon an unsuspecting world.

A few days later, the movie's director, Jeff Fowler, said that they were going to make Sonic look less weird. In late May, the movie was officially delay...
