DICE Nerfed the TTK Yet Again in Battlefield V

Almost one year later and DICE is repeating the same exact mistakes.

Back on December 12, 2018, DICE decided to adjust the TTK (Time To Kill) for weapons in Battlefield V. A lot of the changes made weapons a fair bit less effective at actually taking out enemies. DICE said that they found that their "wider player base was dying too fast." That is to say, the shorter TTK wasn't too friendly for new players. To say that the core Battlefield community hated the changes is probably a massive understatement.

So, DICE tried to find a compromise...

Resident Evil 3 Remake Cover Art Leaked

Features a look at Jill, Carlos, and Nemesis.

We seem to have yet another leak on our hands today. This time it's for the still not officially announced remake of Resident Evil 3. It seems as though the cover art for this totally not real game was found on the servers for the PlayStation Store.

A games tracker feature on Gamstat quickly embeded the images from the PlayStation Store and thus made them visible publicly. Since then the images were pulled from being publicly accessible on the PlayStation Store. It's a good thing Gematsu saved the...

Fallout 4 Review Embargo Has Its Own Embargo

We heard you like embargoes, so we're putting an embargo on your embargo.

Plan on reviewing Fallout 4? Chances are you received an email telling you that there is a review embargo in place for the game. That date is November 9 at 8AM (ET). That's all well and good, and not totally unexpected for a game release.

What is different is the fact that announcing when your outlet will have a review going live is also under a separate embargo. That's right, you have to wait until November 6 at 10AM (PT) before you are permitted to even just...

  • Help Support a Family in Need After an Unfortunate House Fire Took Everything

This is a bit of a different news piece than what many are used to here. Last night, Crrrazzzy's mom suffered a house fire. I don't know any of the details outside of reading that she lost everything in said fire, including the family pet.

Now, here is where you come in. Tim is asking that if you can, to please help out his mom and family with the recovery. A GoFundMe...

  • Pre-Orders for Black Ops 3 are Much Higher than Advanced Warfare

Pre-Orders for Black Ops 3 are Much Higher than Advanced Warfare

The thirst is potentially real. Initial reports say that Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 pre-orders are far exceeding the pre-orders for last year's Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Activision's CEO Eric Hirshberg issued the following remarks yesterday during the company's earning's call.
"We couldn't be more excited about the launch this Friday," said Hirshberg. "We have strong momentum indicated by a number of factors, but just to name a few: the growing engagement around the past Black Ops titles; the significant year-on-year lift in pre-orders; consumer sentiment
