Bungie announced that the first raid will be released on September 13 at 10AM (PT). They also revealed that the Nightfall will be in the game from the start and that Trials will start on September 15 at 10AM (PT).

All of these dates are still ahead of the PC release date of October 24.

Bungie also detailed some other things like new clothing items, information about Guided Games, and a few other tidbits. All of it can be read in the latest "This Week at Bungie." One more thing that is worth mentioning here is the fact that you no longer have to equip your highest gear pieces when decrypting engrams. The game finally calculates that automatically ahead of time.
