Review: RIG 500 Pro HX Gen 2 Headset for Xbox

Fantastic audio quality at an affordable price.

I was recently given the opportunity to review some new hardware from RIG (they are owned by NACON now). You already saw what I thought about the RIG Pro Compact Wired Controller. It was a solid device with a lot working in its favor. Now, we are looking at the second generation of their 500 Pro headset. Specifically, this review is about the 500 Pro HX, a headset designed for use with the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10....

The new client update has several strings that reference things like a "Neptune" controller alongside something else called "SteamPal." The prevailing theory is that Valve is working on a handheld console, perhaps similar to the Nintendo Switch, that will be called SteamPal when it is released....

You Spent Over $43 Billion on Video Games in 2018

According to The NPD Group, consumers spent over $43 billion on video games throughout 2018. That marks an 18% increase over 2017 spending. There are a couple of important notes about this. Angry Birds Dream Blast Now Available for iOS and Android

Today marks the release for Rovio Entertainment's Angry Birds Dream Blast. Unlike pretty much every other entry in the Angry Birds franchise, this one is a "casual tap-to-match puzzle game." You're popping bubbles in this one.
