The David Cage Trilogy Coming to Steam on June 18

A full script may or may not be included.

On June 18, Quantic Dream says that they will release not one, not even two, but three titles on Steam. These three titles were out first on PlayStation hardware, with a PC release hitting last Summer on the Epic Games Store. It seems as though a year has passed, as these things tend to do, and as such it's time for Steam to have its moment to shine.

On June 18, we will see Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls, and Heavy R...

Unreal Engine 5 Announced for Next-gen Platforms

Don't expect any games any time soon though.

"Nanite" and "Lumen" are going to be the new buzzwords for the next few years. Those two terms were the highlight of today's reveal for the Unreal Engine 5. The engine, still very early in development at Epic, won't be released to the public until late 2021. An early preview will be made available to some in early 2021. This engine is being built to support current-generation consoles, next-generation consoles, PC, Mac,...

Make sure your floor is clean because your jaw is about to hit it.

Three games. Three eras. That's the idea behind the newly announced Mafia: Trilogy. Though only presented with a short teaser and some screenshots, we do know a few key ideas behind the Mafia: Trilogy.

First off, it looks as though the first Mafia title will be called Mafia: Definitive Edition and will be a full remake. We're talking about some gorgeous looking visuals and modern conveniences on a game...

Steam Summer Sale 2020 Dates Leaked

Get those wallets ready.

A time honored consumer tradition is waiting until the right moment to spend a lot of money on items they wanted but did not want to pay full price for. An equally time honored tradition, at least among PC gamers is having the dates of the Steam Summer Sale leaked well ahead of time.

In fact, those dates are usually leaked right around this time of the year. In fact, 2019's dates were leaked almost exactly a year ago, with a difference of just...

Just a Reminder that Elder Scrolls VI Details are Still Many Years Away

In case that wasn't obvious.

Bethesda's Pete Hines confirmed again this weekend that any details for The Elder Scrolls VI are still many years away. This was completely expected after Bethesda's first reveal from E3 2018 that said it was coming after Starfield. As Starfield is also still quite a ways away, this should come as no surprise to anybody.

Starfield itself was only briefly discussed back at E3 2018. We did not know much about the game then. In fact, we know about...

Planetside 2 Closed Beta Begins January 20 on PlayStation 4

At long last, the PlayStation 4 version of SOE's PlanetSide 2 will somewhat arrive on January 20. That date marks the beginning of the closed beta on the PS4 platform for the free-to-play MMOFPS. The initial wave will include just a few thousand initial invites. As the closed beta continues, the number of players invited will increase in "chronological order of when they signed up." If you still need or want to sign up, you can do so at the PS2 on PS4 sign up page at the ...

Yesterday, Sony revealed that due to 4.1 million PlayStation 4's being sold this Holiday season, their total number of sales of the system have surpassed 18.5 million. Valve Cancels Steam Dev Days After Just One Year

Last year was the first and perhaps only go around for Steam Dev Days. The developer conference took place last year and brought in around 1,200 developers from around the world to talk about game development with other devs. This year? Nothing.

Valve has officially scrapped the event for 2015, opting instead to have a larger presence at GDC 2015. When asked about the event, a Valve representative issued the following statement.
"Steam Dev Days was a great way to

Pokemon Plays Twitch Chat Live at AGDQ 2015

We have all obviously heard of Twitch Plays Pokemon by now, right? But did you know that Pokemon Red could play Twitch? No, it's true! During the "tool-assisted speedrun" (TAS) section of Awesome Games Done Quick 2015, it was made clear that you can do pretty much anything with a bit of time and effort. I don't know the exact technical details, but they managed to have Pokemon Red for the Super Game Boy execute a program created within its own memory that prints a live feed of the...

Xbox One Price Returns to $400+ Tomorrow January 4

Tomorrow, January 4, the temporary price cut on the Xbox One will be a thing of the past. The price is expected to the jump back up to the $400-$500 range. This is following a huge rush of sales of the console for the holidays thanks to the price cut and substantial number of bundle offerings. That means if you haven't picked up and Xbox One for the $50 price reduction or any of the price reduced bundles, it's probably too late by the time you read this. The prices will go back up to $40...

    PSA: Secure Your Origin Accounts

There have been some stories lately of users who have gotten their Origin accounts "hacked" into. People have gained access to Origin accounts that are not theirs and have made false purchases on these accounts.

EA has claimed that there has been no security breach on their end but I still see a number of these first hand accounts popping up. If you're worried about someone gaining access to your account take some simple precautions before something bad happens.
