Another new trailer is out today for the upcoming Battlefield 6 update. This one focuses entirely on the Top Gun collaboration that players will get to enjoy when everything kicks off on August 18.
The trailer shares a look at the F-74A Seacat and the F/A-81F Super Spectre, two new jets that will arrive with this collab. These jets are two-seaters, something fans haven't seen in a Battlefield game since Battlefield 2. We also get yet another look at the new map, Wake Island, plus two new modes "that celebrate Battlefield's scale and Top Gun's iconic cinematic action: Carrier Strike and Gauntlet: Fighter Sweep."
The collab doesn't really stop there either. According to Battlefield Studios, players will get to "jump into the boots of iconic Top Gun characters." Those characters are Lt. Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw (actor Miles Teller), Lt. Robert "Bob" Floyd (Lewis Pullman), and Adm. Solomon "Warlock" Bates (Charles Parnell).
