Last week we saw some leaked posters for Destiny 2, a game that technically wasn't even announced yet, but we all knew was coming. Now, just moments ago, the official Destiny Twitter account tweeted out a picture of Destiny 2.

I am assuming now means that the game is officially announced? It's kind of a weird situation since there is literally nothing else here besides a simple image. This "announcement" comes not with a bang but a whimper.

Maybe we'll get a trailer soon? Maybe we'll get something more than just a logo? Maybe, just maybe, we'll get to see some actual gameplay as well. Though honestly, I wouldn't count on seeing much of anything until Sony's E3 conference in June.
