Big release week.

Only the biggest releases happened this week, carried by none other than that fat orange cat that hates Monday, Garfield.

In all seriousness, this was a pretty banger week for new game releases. Control Resonant and Silent Hill: Townfall were both released this week. Both are absolute bangers in their respective genres. Graveyard Keeper 2, EA Sports FC 27, SiN Reloaded, and Garfield - Escape from Monday also dropped this week.

I've been playing through a lot of Control Resonant this week for a review. My code came days after the review embargo was lifted, so I've been taking my time and really taking it all in instead of rushing to get a review out. After about 18 hours, I'm not finished yet, but I might finish this weekend so the review can go live next week.

Speaking of Control Resonant, the team at Remedy Entertainment shared that they will add the ability to do New Game++ (and +++ and so on). The ability to play New Game++ is coming this October. New Game+ is already built into the game by default. A photo mode is also coming, but isn't expected to arrive until some time in November.
