Update: These slides are allegedly from a presentation Valve gave three years ago in 2011. It stands to reason that what we see in these screenshots then are already implemented, at least in part, in the current iterations of the Source Engine. The same Source version that we see at work in games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Original: It seems as though there's been yet another leak from Valve over the past day. CBOAT from NeoGAF, got his hands on a presentation that shows off Source 2.0 in action.

True, we don't know if these are legitimate or not, but CBOAT has been spot on with a number of his leaks and industry "rumors" for quite some time now.

You may be thinking to yourself that maybe that doesn't look all that much better than what was seen in Left 4 Dead 2 to begin with. Well, not so fast as this comparison image from Facepunch points out.

Oh, but the alleged leaks don't end there. An apparent folder hierarchy shows a few titles that may be given the Source 2 treatment. It appears, at least from this image, that Team Fortress 2, Dota 2, and Left 4 Dead 2 are all being tested with the new engine.

Oh, and there's a little thing called Half-Life 3 there. Pfft, whatever that might be.

Again, this is all rumor, etc. etc..
