  • Watch Dogs: Legion Media Blowout

Tons of new info, screenshots, and media from Ubisoft Forward.
    Watch Dogs: Legion

Another big media blitz coming from Ubisoft Forward this past weekend was for Watch Dogs: Legion, the third game in the Watch Dogs franchise. Legion opened the show with a weird "Tipping Point" cinematic trailer, but was fortunately replaced with actual gameplay after a short while. We have included both trailers below for your viewing pleasure, but I might suggest that you skip the Tipping Point one. It is seriously quite weird and tonally all over the place.

Watch Dogs: Legion is slated to arrive on October 29 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC via Uplay and the Epic Games Store. Ubisoft's massive hate boner for Steam does indeed look like it's continuing for the foreseeable future. Free upgrades to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions of the game are included with your purchase of either the PS4 or XB1 versions. The next-gen versions will include ray-tracing, haptic controls, and "other next-gen features." The PC version will also presumably include at least ray-tracing for supported hardware.

You will continue to meet colorful characters along the way – both villains and allies – in your fight for London.

Upgrade and deploy tech gadgets such as the Stealth Cloak, the Spiderbot, a Micro-Missile Launcher, and the powerful Electro Fist in a brand new melee system.
    • Liberate an Open-World London – Explore a massive urban open world and fight to liberate London’s many famous landmarks—including Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Camden, Piccadilly Circus, or the London Eye—and engage in side activities like bareknuckle boxing, darts, freestyle football, illegal courier contracts or street art.

Watch Dogs 3 'Legion' Leak - London Setting, Play as Anybody ala 'MindJack'
      by Shawn Zipay
Let's get these E3 2019 rumors starting off strong.

In 2011 a game was released wherein the main character could "hack" into
the minds of any other character and take control of them. The game was called MindJack (pictured above) and, in addition to the unique mind hacking, the game also featured a single-player story that could "transition seamlessly" into co-op. It wasn't all that well received.

Fast-forward to the present and a hot pre-E3...
