Doom Eternal

Whatever color "extra surprised" may be, go ahead and color me that. Today, Bethesda announced that games we all believed to be exclusive to the Bethesda.net Launcher will also be arriving on Steam!

The studio announced earlier today that we will see the following games appearing on Steam in addition to the Bethesda.net Launcher.
  • RAGE 2
  • Wolfenstein: Youngblood
  • Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot
  • DOOM Eternal
  • Fallout 76
The tweet comes up just shy of saying that these games (save for Fallout 76) will be released day and date on both Steam and the Bethesda.net Launcher, but it's a great sign to see that they'll be appearing on Steam at all.

To those who may have forgotten, Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot is the VR game based on the Wolfenstein franchise. It was announced back in June 2018 and we haven't heard much about it since. Wolfenstein: Youngblood was also announced back in June 2018 and it is a co-op focused game set in the Wolfenstein universe.

You probably already have a good idea about what DOOM Eternal will be like, along with RAGE 2 given the recent media coverage we've had. Fallout 76 is also one you are probably well aware of, for better or for worse.
