Hackers Can Steal Your Entire Inventory in Fallout 76

Fallout 76 has another major issue.

Until the latest security issue is fixed in Fallout 76, it may be wise to hold off on playing the game. That is assuming you're even still playing even after every other misstep that has been made over the past several months.

The latest issue to pop up in Fallout 76 land is the fact that players can now completely steal everything in your inventory. So long as someone with the ability to yoink your inventory is within 200m of you (in...

Fallout 76 Private Servers May not be Very Private

Fallout 1st may be a worse value than initially feared.

Yesterday, Bethesda announced and rolled out a new, paid service for Fallout 76. They are calling it Fallout 1st and for $13 a month or $100 for a year, players are able to enjoy features like private servers, unlimited storage for your crafting scrap, a tent, and some other bonuses.

As we noticed yesterday, fans are pretty upset about the paid service. For one, private servers were something that were promised even...

Fallout 76 Locks Long-Awaited Private Worlds Behind Monthly Fee

The most fan requested feature will launch at $13 a month.

Fans have been requesting private worlds for Fallout 76 since before the game ever even launched. Game director Todd Howard even announced that they wanted to add private servers to the game all the way back in QuakeCon 2018. Along with the launch of private servers, Bethesda even said that you would be able to mod those servers.

When Fallout 76 launched back in late November 2018, private servers were nowhere...

Fallout 76: Wastelanders Pushed to 2020 but Private Worlds Launches Next Week

You're stuck with robots until early 2020.

The Wastelanders update for Fallout 76 was slated to arrive later this year. With it was promised the addition of actual human NPCs to the game, not just a bunch of robot looking robots. Sadly, Bethesda announced today that the Wastelanders update had to be pushed back until Q1 2020.

The studio says that they "need more time to be the best, most polished update it can be." They apologize for the delay but say that "it...

QuakeCon 2019 is All About DOOM

    DOOOOOOOOM!

This year's QuakeCon event is all about DOOM. From the keynote to the panels, it's all DOOM all the time. Well, maybe not all the time, but DOOM is a very significant portion of this year's focus at QuakeCon.

Appropriately, this year's QuakeCon is literally being called "QuakeCon: Year of DOOM." It all begins on July 25 when QuakeCon begins at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. And yes, once again they will host the largest BYOC LAN event...

Anthem Falls Out of Top 49 Most Played Games on Xbox

It's being beat by games that have been out for far longer.

This week, Microsoft updated their most played games section on their store. These are the most played games in the Xbox ecosystem from 1 to 49. Why 49 and not 50? How am I supposed to know? The important part here is that Anthem has now fallen off of this most played list.

The last handful of games on the list include Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Borderlands 2, Brawlhalla, and Battlefield 1. That's Battlefield...

Survival Mode Beta Introduced to Fallout 76 Today

Here's something new for Fallout 76 players today, and a little something for those who may be playing Fallout 76 in the future. Bethesda released a beta for a new Survival Mode today that players can try out for themselves. This beta is available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC versions of the game. This is a "more competitive" way to play the game that is separate from the main game. This mode essentially has fewer restrictions on PvP interactions.

    Bethesda...

    Anthem Officially Launches Today

Despite the game being available now since February 15 under some circumstances, today marks the day in which Anthem has "officially" been released. While Origin Access and EA Access subscribers have already had a chance to play and, in some cases, "complete" the game, this will be the first time most players will get to dive in.

Today's release is accompanied by the "day one" patch, which we already provided the changelog for the other day. Anthem...

  • As Fallout 76 Flounders German GameStops are Giving Away the Game for Free with Used Controller Purchase

GameStop locations in Germany really seem to want to rid themselves of their Fallout 76 stock. It's apparently gotten to the point there that they are giving away free copies of Fallout 76 with every purchase of a used PlayStation 4 controller.

A user on Reddit, cenorexia, shared a photo at their local GameStop showing an announcement of the promotion.

As if that wasn't enough, some users in that Reddit thread actually pointed out that it would be cheaper to fly...

    Gaming's Biggest Disappointments 2018

2018 sure was a long decade. Let us forego the boring introduction and just get into gaming's biggest disappointments of 2018. The games seen here are only games that I played, with the exception of one of them. I am sure there are other terrible games, but I probably did not play them.

    The Quiet Man
The Quiet Man is just straight up trash with no redeeming qualities. This game has quickly taken the title of "the worst game I have ever played in my life."...

Rage 2 Looks Like Another Bethesda Launcher Exclusive

Following in the footsteps of the infamous Fallout 76, Bethesda looks like they're going to stick to their guns when it comes to their Bethesda.net Launcher. It has been noticed by more than a few individuals, that Rage 2 is only being listed on the Bethesda.net Store for the PC version.

There is no Steam page for the game. There is no mention of Steam anywhere in the Rage 2 vocabulary. This seems to have come to light last night when pre-orders for the game went live and the...

Bethesda Support System is Leaking Customers' Personal Information

There is a saying that goes, "when it rains, it pours." In Bethesda's case, it has been a full on monsoon for the past couple of weeks. You already know about the whole issue with the canvas bag. That's the "been there, done that" issue. This week, it's time for the new hotness! A Reddit user has claimed that they are receiving Bethesda support tickets to his Bethesda account.

This all actually began when Bethesda instructed upset Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition customers...
