It looks as though the Deadpool game may be harder to come by as of just a few hours ago tonight. It appears as though Activision's license for the franchise expired and has now been removed from all digital retailers across all platforms.
A similar fate befell the 007 franchise at the end of 2012 when Activision lost the publishing rights to that franchise. If you failed to pick up Deadpool during any of the holiday sales, you can still pick it up at places like Amazon. However, it may be safe to assume that once that stock sells out, it will no longer be available for purchase there either.
Activision has not yet released a statement on the matter.

So they willingly made a game and released it with a shelf life of 6 months... damn.
A similar thing happened with Marvel vs Capcom, some of the games have been removed from onlines stores due to license expiration, i wonder if any of these are going to be renewed.
Either that or Act-Blizz only wants to focus on Call of Duty, Warcraft, and Starcraft, and Capcpom only wants to focus on Street Fighter and Biohazard/Resident Evil.
