GSC Game World shared a brief end of the year message on social media today. As part of their message, the team mentions that they will continue to update Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl in 2025. Final XDefiant Update Includes Work-in-Progress Content for Three Upcoming Seasons
The devs are going out with a bang.
In early December 2024, Ubisoft announced that they plan to fully shut down their free-to-play competitive shooter, XDefiant. The game was pulled from all storefronts on December 3rd with the servers are expected to be taken offline on June 3, 2025. A Fourth Sonic the Hedgehog Movie is Confirmed

The third Sonic the Hedgehog movie, aptly named Sonic the Hedgehog 3, made its premiere on December 10. The release of the film in the United States isn't even until tomorrow, December 20th.
