The annual Steam Winter Sale went live a short time ago and, as is tradition, numerous parts of Steam are broken from the server loads. It might be wise to wait a little while before trying to hop onto Steam to browse through all the sale items and make whatever purchases you want to.
Voting for the Steam Awards is also technically live right now, but again, good luck getting that page to load properly. Once it does load properly, you will be able to vote in each category for the Steam Awards and earn some chat stickers and a sense of accomplishment. The winners for the Steam Awards will be announced on December 31st.
You can also earn stickers by going through your Discovery Queue once that's working again. You can earn up to nine total stickers from the Discovery Queue.
Valve also made your personal Steam Replay for the year live this week. This will give you a rather comprehensive look back on all the games you played throughout 2024. You can see your most played titles, when you played various games, and more. Again, it's not working at the time of this article going live, but it will probably be back later!
I can't even begin to suggest some games that are on sale because I cannot get anything to load properly. Is Balatro on sale? I hear Balatro is pretty good. If it's on sale, you should get that.
