In a recent livestream, Respawn's Jason Garza says that the studio isn't working on Titanfall 3, nor are they working on any new Titanfall 2 content. Garza flat out says that "there's nothing there. We've got too many other games in the works right now."
He did at least later clarify that the team at Respawn are still investigating hacking and other vulnerabilities in Titanfall 2.
It seems that Respawn's primary focus continues to be Apex Legends, which has had its own slew of issues as of late. It's also very probable that there is another team at Respawn hard at work on a new entry in the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order series. EA previously said that after the success of Fallen Order that it would be the start of a new franchise.
This is, undoubtedly, some unfortunate news for those who have been waiting for a new game after the absolutely fantastic Titanfall 2.
