Rage 2 Bethesda.net Launcher exclusive
Following in the footsteps of the infamous Fallout 76, Bethesda looks like they're going to stick to their guns when it comes to their Bethesda.net Launcher. It has been noticed by more than a few individuals, that Rage 2 is only being listed on the Bethesda.net Store for the PC version.

There is no Steam page for the game. There is no mention of Steam anywhere in the Rage 2 vocabulary. This seems to have come to light last night when pre-orders for the game went live and the options for the PC version were not what people were expecting.

Hopeful owners can select a couple different versions of the game, the cheapest of which begins at $59.99 (USD). A Deluxe Edition, priced at $20 more, includes the Doom BFG, progress booster, an extra mission, and the promise of a future piece of DLC.

So far, Bethesda has been quiet when it comes to answering the obvious question of, "Will Rage 2 ever come to another digital distribution platform?" Right now, it looks like it's a pretty safe bet that it is exclusive to the Bethesda.net Launcher for the foreseeable future. Even if you aren't interested in Rage 2 or Fallout 76, you should also remember that Doom: Eternal is coming. Yeah, think about that one.

Rage 2 releases on May 14, 2019. Anybody that is on the PC and is still looking forward to that game can keep an eye out for more Rage 2 coverage in the months ahead.
