If you've been sitting on the fence about The Evil Within 2, now would be a good time to check it out. There is a free trial for The Evil Within 2 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC that allows you to play through the game's opening chapters.

If, at the end of the trial, you want to purchase the full game, all of your save data will carry over. The opening chapters contain a mix of the game's more linear sections as well as the first open area of Union where you can freely explore.
