  • Titanfall 2 Single Player Cinematic

Titanfall 2 will include a proper single player campaign this go around, unlike the first game which included a campaign that felt tacked on, at best. Respawn Entertainment is starting to show off more of their SP campaign starting with today's release of a new cinematic trailer.
In the single player campaign, players will experience the story and relationship between Titan BT-7274 and 3rd Class Rifleman Jack Cooper, as they explore the mysterious planet of Typhon and discover the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation’s (IMC) intentions. BT is the first Titan built by the Militia to battle the IMC, who’s capable of using any Titan loadout and embodies the Militia’s Culture of teamwork, craftsmanship and looking out for each other. Jack Cooper is a grunt with aspirations of becoming a pilot, whom Militia Captain Tai Lastimosa takes under his wing and trains in secret. When an investigation of a research facility on the IMC controlled planet of Typhon goes wrong, Lastimosa is killed in action, there is no other option but for the two to link up and work together to finish the mission BT and Lastimosa started. The more BT and Jack work together, the stronger the bond between Pilot and Titan becomes.

Respawn Has Only 'One or Two' Staff Still Working on Titanfall
      by Shawn Zipay
Everyone else is working on Apex Legends.

The first Titanfall has been virtually unplayable for weeks now thanks to the ongoing DDoS attacks by someone. Recently, Titanfall 2 has been suffering much the same fate. In fact, the attacks on Titanfall 2 really started to ramp up following the attacks on Apex Legends. At least Titanfall 2 still has a single player component that can be played, but those aching for some Titanfall multiplayer are SOL.

      Despite this, Respawn recently...

Apex Legends Draws Wrath of Hackers Complaining About Titanfall Hackers
      by Shawn Zipay
Playlists and in-game messages have been hacked, preventing players from enjoying the game.

Earlier today, Apex Legends was hit by some hackers that feel as though Respawn and EA have not done enough to fight hackers and DDOS attacks in the original Titanfall.

See, the original Titanfall release has been suffering from DDOS attacks and hackers off and on for about the past 2-3 years now. Apparently the DDOS attacks against Titanfall ramped up about a year ago, essentially...
