EA detailed their Season Pass today for Star Wars Battlefront. As you can probably expect from EA and DICE, it's very similar in what it offers to say Battlefield Premium. The gist of it is that it includes 20 new maps, over 20 new weapons, over 10 new vehicles, new game modes, and new gadgets over the weeks and months following the base game's release.
We’re also excited to announce the Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass*, which extends the game with four expansion packs coming at a later date, filled with new content that will take you to new locations across a galaxy far, far away. Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass owners will also secure two-week early access to each expansion pack and an exclusive “Shoot First” emote.

Also of note is that DICE announced the Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition. This is basically a package that includes the base game along with the Season Pass together. The base game ships with 12 maps. Adding 20 additional maps on top of those 12 for $50 isn't a terrible pill to swallow. You are essentially doubling your content. It is, however, a bit disheartening to see that these maps and the Season Pass will once again split the player base asunder as it did with Battlefield Premium.

You can pre-order the Season Pass right now through Origin, Xbox Live, or PlayStation Network.
