Microsoft Reportedly Trying to Buy Minecraft Creators Mojang
Mojang, the development studio behind Minecraft is reportedly being the target of a buyout from Microsoft. According to the Wall Street Journal and a "person with knowledge of the matter," Microsoft is allegedly offering upwards of $2 billion for the studio.
Again, this is all just rumor and speculation right now from what is the equivalent of an anonymous source. If this deal is real and if it does actually happen, Microsoft would be in charge of all things Minecraft going forward. Let that sink in a bit.
