Rocksteady is back at the controls for the finale to the Arkham series. Batman: Arkham Knight has been revealed in Game Informer's latest cover story and is slated to be available for only the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC platforms.
The final game has the Scarecrow, Penguin, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, and "more" going against the Caped Crusader. Blah blah blah. The important addition here is the Batmobile! The iconic vehicle is now going to be a core element of the gameplay. Gotham's streets have been widened up a bit to accommodate the new gameplay feature and it's all designed "to integrate smoothly with Batman's gliding and grappling traversal." One look at Batman with his Batmobile is seen above, while another look can be found at the end of this news.
Game Informer also has a sneak peak video showing a little of what will be revealed in the month ahead.
The Batman: Arkham Knight hub can be found at Game Informer. The next big update is slated for March 5, so be sure to keep an eye out.

I was referring to this article:
Which was stated in a post:
They don't deserve any blame for this as it falls squarely on Warner Bros. Games Montreal and (probably) WB Interactive Entertainment, the publisher.
Im sure it could be OK with Rocksteady doing it. They do have a lot of talent and therefore should have less bugs and glitches.
WB Games Montreal did release a patch or two but they still had some significant outstanding issues. So it was excusable when Rocksteady did the DLC thing because their product worked when that DLC shipped. Plus they never publicly came out and said "screw patches, only working on DLC" like WB Games Montreal did. Internally, Rocksteady may have had that notion but they're not stupid enough to publicly say it.
If you're worried the publisher would either deny support for bug fixes, or fail in their duties to monitor the development of the licensed property, then note what Zips said about the initial release state of Arkham Asylum/City, and the state it was in prior to its first DLC being shipped out. This was also under WB Interactive Entertainment's watchful eye. And finally, with WB Montréal's Arkham Origins tiding us over, it gave Rocksteady almost an extra year of development time compared to their usual two year development cycle, so I'd like to think WB Interactive Entertainment provided that time for Rocksteady to polish Arkham Knight.
