More sad news to ring in the new year as it was revealed earlier that the old Fallout titles have been removed from sites like GOG. The reason once again is due to Interplay no longer owning the rights to the franchise once the year came to an end. All rights now belong to Bethesda, which has so far not come to any sort of agreement with GOG for distribution rights.

Strangely, you can still find Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics at Steam. There is no word on whether or not these titles will also be pulled from that service as they all still list Interplay as the publisher. In fact, these titles are offered at a 75% discount due to the holiday sale.

If you've been on the fence, you may want to pick them up now just in case they aren't back any time soon.
