Today, Rockfish Games announces that their space looter shooter, Everspace 2, is now available on Steam Early Access and GOG Games in Development. This release includes the first 12+ hours of story campaign along with several side missions. These missions take place in the first two star systems that will be found in the final game. No longer competing with Cyberpunk 2077.

One of the games that was impacted by the new release date for Cyberpunk 2077 was Everspace 2. Rockfish Games had decided to delay the Early Access release of their space shooter by about a month to avoid competing with the mega-hype train that was Cyberpunk's release.
