One man has brought back Adrian Shephard after his previous outing in Half-Life: Opposing Force. That man is none other than Richard Seabrook, who took it upon himself to continue the story of Shephard that may have otherwise gone untold. Fortunately for us, Prospekt not only brings Shephard back, but it also includes a full 15-level campaign that has been given Valve's blessing.
For $9.99 (USD), you get a stand-alone experience that is roughly the length of Half-Life 2: Episode...

Valve Accidentally Posts Steam Winter Sale Recap to the Public
Earlier today, a member of SteamDB noticed that Valve mistakenly posted what should have been a private recap of the Steam Winter Sale to the general public. Below is a pasting of that recap. It even includes a "tl;dr" at the very top for those with the shortest of attention spans.
In short: More customers bought more games across more of the Steam catalog....
As you already know, the format of discounts in this year’s Winter sale was a little different from past years. -

This past week, fans have been eagerly hanging on to every word and clue revealed in an apparent Valve ARG born from the Steam Holiday Sale 2015. There was even an apparent lambda symbol found!

And for those who don't want to (or can't) read Laidlaw's response in the abov... -

Valve might have hidden a bunch of secret clues in this latest Winter Sale of theirs. To make a super long story short, a bunch of people have been finding clues in backgrounds, web pages, and more during this latest Steam Winter Sale for 2015.
In fact, they have gone so far as to unlock a special badge (seen below), which you can earn yourself (at least at the time of this posting). All you need to do is open up this Steam store link in Chrome, type in (without clicking anything... -
