Resident Evil 3 Remake Cover Art Leaked

Features a look at Jill, Carlos, and Nemesis.

We seem to have yet another leak on our hands today. This time it's for the still not officially announced remake of Resident Evil 3. It seems as though the cover art for this totally not real game was found on the servers for the PlayStation Store.

A games tracker feature on Gamstat quickly embeded the images from the PlayStation Store and thus made them visible publicly. Since then the images were pulled from being publicly accessible on the PlayStation Store. It's a good thing Gematsu saved the...

Review: Superliminal (PC)

A puzzle game that pushes you to see things differently.

Superliminal is a game that time after time after time suggests to you, hints to you, or outright tells you that everything is a matter of perspective. It is a game that tells you that though you believe a puzzle to be impossible, the solution could be staring you right in the face.

Superliminal is a game that takes these simple ideas and attempts to create an entire game with that in mind. You are taught that signs can become steps or an alarm clock can be climbed in certain situations....

Half-Life Alyx Reveal Trailer, 4K Screens, and Release Date Announced

Valve is back.

It's been over 12 years. 12 years since the last Half-Life game was released. While it may not be Half-Life 3, Valve did today reveal Half-Life Alyx to the world. This is a new VR title for the PC that is set between the events of Half-Life and Half-Life 2.

Valve is straight up calling this a "full-length" game that just happens to require a VR device to experience. Pre-orders are available now, months ahead of the game's currently planned release in March 2020. A pre-order discount brings the $59.99 (USD) price down...

Google Stadia is Out Today and Reportedly a 'Monumental Flop'

It's time for "good news, bad news."

For Google, today is a bit of a mixed bag. The good news for them is that they just soft launched their first dedicated gaming platform, Stadia. The bad news is that it's reportedly a "monumental flop."

Today, those who purchased the $130 Founder's Edition of Stadia are probably awaiting its delivery. The physical contents largely consisting of a unique Stadia controller and a Chromecast Ultra. Though you had to plunk down $130 for this, there was actually no guarantee that you would get...

Sony Removes Facebook Integration from PlayStation 4

Starting today, Facebook is no longer supported on the PS4.

Sony made a brief announcement today that says they are no longer going to support Facebook integration on the PlayStation 4. This new policy actually went into effect starting today. This means that you will no longer be able to share content to Facebook. It also means you will no longer be able to find PSN friends via their Facebook accounts.

Sony is quick to note that the PlayStation 4 Share feature will remain largely the same as it was before. However, Facebook will no longer be...

  • Blizzard Deletes Interview with Hearthstone Pro who Called for Liberation of Hong Kong

A Hearthstone Grandmaster winner voiced his support for the Hong Kong protests and was silenced.

During a post-game interview at the Hearthstone Grandmasters tournament, a player from Hong Kong was interviewed by the official Taiwanese Hearthstone stream. The player, Chung "Blitzchung" Ng Wai, appeared in a gas mask similar to those worn by those participating in the ever ongoing Hong Kong protests.

Wearing these masks has recently been banned in Hong Kong. This anti-mask law was enacted in an effort to deter the protests. This law...

FIFA and esports, a match made in money heaven.

The EA Sports FIFA 20 Global Series will span more than 20 football leagues running local events throughout the world. If you live in an area where these events are being held, you can actually sign up yourself and compete.

Children of Morta Delayed for Nintendo Switch

The game will be released about a month later than expected.

11 bit studios and developer Dead Mage announced today some unfortunate news. The two studios have revealed that Children of Morta for the Nintendo Switch has been delayed by about a month. This moves the originally planned release date from October 15, 2019 to November 20, 2019.

However, this delay does not impact the release of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game. These two platforms will still get the game on October 15. The studio says that they are "not willing...

  • Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is Out Now

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is Out Now

The latest from Ubisoft is here and it's mediocre.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is now available to everyone. While some players were able to play a few days ago, those that did not spring for the more pricey versions had to wait until today.

Players are now free to explore the fictional land of Auroa on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Up to four players can join forces to take down Lt. Col. Cole D. Walker (Jon Bernthal) and his group of Wolves. Wolves in this case are a group of soldiers not, you know, actual wolves.

  • Call of Duty: Mobile Surpasses 35 Million Downloads

Call of Duty: Mobile Surpasses 35 Million Downloads

Not bad for a game released three days ago.

Activision announced today that Call of Duty: Mobile has surpassed 35 million downloads across iOS and Android devices. According to the publisher, this game has been downloaded faster than any other first-person or third-person mobile action game. Of course, this factoid is based off of Activision's own internal estimates.

Still, Call of Duty: Mobile was released on October 1, a mere three days ago. To have already hit 35 million downloads is still quite impressive. The game is a free download that...

  • The Tiny Bang Story is Out Now on Nintendo Switch

The Tiny Bang Story is Out Now on Nintendo Switch

Solve puzzles in order to save a tiny planet.

Ellada Games and developer Colibri Games just released The Tiny Bang Story today on the Nintendo Switch. This game tasks you with solving a bunch of puzzles, exploring, and trying to restore Tiny Planet after a meteor broke it into numerous puzzle-shaped pieces.

The visuals are hand-drawn and have a certain charm to them. The game is being sold for just $9.99 (USD) for the Nintendo Switch. I don't know how long this game is but $10 for a game sounds pretty good.

    The Tiny Bang Story is...

  • Gaming Projectors vs Home Theater Units

Gaming Projectors vs Home Theater Units

The family room is no longer just a place where the family gathers to watch television or movies. Now, parents and children alike use the family room as a place to play video games. Statistics show that in the United States more than 150 million Americans play video games.

A mistake that some families make is setting up their family room without taking video game playing into consideration. This is especially true when talking about their selection of projectors.

But you might ask, aren’t all projectors the same? A lot of people have opted to...

Epic Responds to Complaints About Fortnite Cross-Platform Play

Developer will continue with their plans despite fan complaints.

Cross-platform play seems to be all the rage these days and it's only going to keep gaining support as time goes on. However, it seems as though some fans of the still popular battle royale game, Fortnite, aren't too keen on the idea.

A recent change to the game introduced skill-based matchmaking. This is a system that tries to put players of similar skill together in the same match. Players noticed that with this new system they were being pitted against players across different...
