Battlefield 1 Premium Pass free
We already know that Battlefield V will not have any Premium Pass to bump up the cost of the game. All future content for the game, save for probably cosmetics, will be free so long as you at least own the base game. That's pretty neat.

However, a game that still does have a Premium Pass is Battlefield 1. If you own the game, then you may want to stay tuned for next week when DICE and EA will make the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass available for free to everyone for a limited time.

It works like this: After the open beta for Battlefield V ends on September 11, DICE and EA will make the Premium Pass for Battlefield 1 free to everyone for one full week. If you add the Premium Pass to your account it is yours to keep forever and you don't have to pay a single penny.
The Battlefield 1 Premium Pass giveaway is set to run from September 11 to 18, as our way to capstone all the giveaways and rewards from the Road to Battlefield V. This offer will let Battlefield 1 owners play everything Battlefield 1 Premium Pass has to offer for free*.

You'll be granted access to all the maps, weapons, vehicles, and more from the four Battlefield 1 expansions — They Shall Not Pass, In the Name of the Tsar, Turning Tides, and Apocalypse. This means access to 16 multiplayer maps, new Operations and game modes, powerful Elite classes, and more.

In addition, there are still some "Road to Battlefield V" events taking place in Battlefield 1 that will allow you to unlock various cosmetics for that game. You can get the full details on this from the Battlefield website.

Also, don't forget that the open beta for Battlefield V is taking place starting on September 6 for everyone. Those that have pre-ordered the game or those with EA Access, Origin Access, or Origin Access Premier will get in starting on September 4 at 4AM (ET). A pre-load for the beta content can be downloaded right now by going to the Battlefield V page in Origin and selecting "Try it First" near the top of the page.
