Antistatic Studios just re-revealed Phantom Line, their upcoming PvE co-op tactical shooter. Taking place in a post-nuclear European continent overrun by paranormal activity, it's up to you and the other members of H.U.S.K. to push back an invasion of paranormal creatures and phenomena.
You play as a member of an elite spec-op unit called H.U.S.K., an Operator Simulation Program. This group is run by a megacorp named Mortifield Industries, which "gave you a second chance." What did you do to warrant a second chance? Good question. I don't know. Members of this group can transfer their consciousness between artificial bodies. Different bodies have different specializations and can utilize mechanics such as scouting, distracting, placing decoys, and more.
H.U.S.K. will go up against Anomalies. These are the paranormal creatures and phenomena spilling into our world through rifts in the space-time fabric. All of this is going down in an area called the Iron Corridor. This is an Eastern European region in the midst of a nuclear war that wasspurred on "by international tensions."
Antistatic Studios is made up of former developers that worked on games such as Cyberpunk 2077, Conan Exiles, and the BioShock series. Phantom Line is currently available to Wishlist on Steam. Playtests are also going on every so often, but you'll need to join their Discord to be informed of those.
