Palworld's success has continued onward at a seemingly steady rate despite the team at Pocketpair slowing their daily sales milestone updates. The latest from Pocketpair says that Palworld's player count has surpassed 19 million people since its release less than two weeks back.

Up until this news, Pocketpair shared sales milestones of copies sold, not just player counts. Today, the studio switched it up a bit while also providing some additional information.

As of today, Palworld has seen more than 19 million players. This includes those playing that have purchased the game and those that are playing through Game Pass. Pocketpair breaks the figures down a bit more, saying that there have been 12 million copies sold through Steam and 7 million players through Xbox. The Xbox figure is not labeled as "copies sold" as they may include those playing through Game Pass.

The Xbox team also put up an announcement saying that Palworld now holds the record for the biggest third-party Game Pass launch ever. Xbox also quickly talks about addressing some of the issues that are more prevalent on the Xbox version of the game compared to the Steam version.

On Xbox’s part, we’re working with Pocketpair to help provide support for Xbox versions of the game. We’re providing support to enable dedicated servers, offering engineering resources to help with GPU and memory optimization, speeding up the process to make Palworld updates available for players, and working with the team to optimize the title for our platform.
