Saber Interactive along with Universal Games and Digital Platforms, just announced Jurassic Park: Survival. This title, currently in development, will be headed to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It will be a single-player action-adventure survival game that is set one day after the events of the 1993 Jurassic Park film.
While Jurassic Park was originally a (really great book) by Michael Crichton, it seems as though this game will stick more closely to how the events went down in the movie. The movie having differed from the book in a few key areas.
Players take on the role of InGen scientist Dr. Maya Joshi. Unable to evacuate Isla Nublar with her colleagues, Dr. Joshi will have to fight for her survival in a mix of first-person stealth and action.
The trailer, which made its debut at The Game Awards, shows off some familiar scenes from that original film. What it doesn't seem to show is actual gameplay footage.
