Five new Game Pass titles, or four if you ignore Battlespire.
The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard

QuakeCon 2022 began earlier today with a little welcome message from Marty Stratton. I'm sure it was great. I don't know, I didn't watch it. What I do know is that Bethesda and id Software added some classic PC titles to Game Pass today. These are in addition to three free games available now through the Microsoft Store, plus three "new" games available for sale through the Microsoft Store.

As of earlier today, those with PC Game Pass can access these classic titles:
  • Return to Castle Wolfenstein
  • Quake 4
  • Wolfenstein 3D
  • The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard
  • An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire
  • Plus unlock all Champions in Quake Champions via a Game Pass Perk
Sure, these aren't exactly the biggest games in the world, but some extras for Game Pass are always welcome! I personally remember enjoying Quake 4 back in the day, and who could say no to the Wolfenstein games?

If you do not have Game Pass, you can still get a few freebies from the Microsoft Store. Right now, The Elder Scrolls: Arena, The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, and Quake Champions are all free through the Store. In April, Bethesda made The Elder Scrolls: Arena, The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory free through Steam. It still looks like those are free now if you haven't yet picked them up.

If you want to spend some money, you can now also pick up Heretic: Serpent Riders, Hexen: Beyond Heretic, and Hexen: Deathkings.

If you would rather spend some money through Steam, you should check out the big Quakecon 2022 sale that is currently underway! The sale says that you can get up to 70% off, which is a LIE because I see Dishonored: Death of the Outsider and Dishonored 2 on sale for 80% off, while Doom (2016), Prey, and Fallout 76 are 75% off on Steam right now.
