Pre-loads are also now available.
Diablo Immortal release schedule

Blizzard provides the release roadmap for Diablo Immortal ahead of its launch on June 2. The game, which is now also coming to PC in addition to the mobile releases, is also currently available for pre-load through Battle.net. As it currently stands, Diablo Immortal will not have a rolling launch, but will instead be available to everyone at 10AM (PDT) on the 2nd.

This is being considered an "open beta" release, at least as far as the PC version is concerned. Now, while a vast majority of the world will get the game on June 2 (or June 3rd depending on time zone), there are some regions that won't get access to the game until June 22. These regions include: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. Vietnam will also get it on the 22nd but for the PC only. There will be dedicated servers in these areas at release.
