Capcom is about to deliver a trio of survivor horror on a new generation of consoles. Later in 2022, Capcom will release updated versions of Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil 7.

These updated versions will include new graphical features like ray tracing, higher framerates, and 3D audio support. PS5 owners will also get the benefit of the Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers in the DualSense.

The good news here is that those that previously purchased any of these three titles on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One are eligible for a free upgrade. These improvements are also coming, for free, for PC players as well.
