Eidos-Montreal and Square Enix announce that Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is now available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and through GeForce Now. In addition, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: Cloud Version is also available for the Nintendo Switch in select regions.
To mark today's release, a new trailer and the last details about the game have been released.
Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is a single player action-adventure title. This game features an original story and is said to be a "fresh take" on the Guardians of the Galaxy. Think of this as Mass Effect but where Shepard is Star-Lord and Tali is a talking raccoon.
This release also includes a stellar soundtrack that includes over 30 classic 80s hits. It includes songs from Bonnie Tyler, Rick Astley, KISS, Hot Chocolate, Mötley Crüe, A-ha, Wham!, Tears for Fears, Blondie, Billy Idol, and more. The full list of songs can be found courtesy of Windows Central.

I don't know what impact my dialogue choices have on the game though, outside of the obvious immediate stuff like different dialogue being said in the moment. But when the game says that Rocket is furious that I threw him across a chasm, I don't know if that will matter for later on in the game. I'll be interested to find out if there are actual major differences after I complete the game.
Edit: I'm also finding out that from where I stopped playing last night I'm around a third of the way through the game. I have a play time sitting at 5 hours. So I'm expecting to beat it at around 15 hours, which sounds awesome to me.
I have a feeling no long-term impacts will happen from dialogue choices, but I did enjoy the bit where Rocket very angrily swears at you, followed by shooting at you, with Gamora sarcastically wondering how pissed off he is.
Got to say, Alex Weiner did a fantastic job voicing Rocket Raccoon. I thought only Bradley Cooper and Nolan North could pull it off, but Alex definitely knows how to raise his voice without sounding aggravatingly annoying. Gamora sounds too warm and friendly, but still, good stuff.
