The entirety of the Kingdom Hearts series is finally coming to PC. The series, which began its life back in 2002 as a PlayStation exclusive, eventually branched out to other platforms. Today's surprise announcement of a PC release is a welcome one but there is a catch.

That catch is that the Kingdom Hearts titles will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store. They will be released on March 30th and they will come with hefty price tags. Those are all affiliate links if you do decide to purchase from the Epic Games Store. Use creator code "zips" at checkout if you'd like. There is no word right now whether or not these games will appear on more open platforms, such as Steam, at a later date.

Feel free to complain about the full prices on these releases, especially when you consider that Epic used their Fortnite dollars to pay for this exclusivity. Nothing quite like supporting those small studios that really need the money like... you know, Square Enix?

The most demanding of the games, Kingdom Hearts 3, requires the following specs to play the game well.

    Recommended specs:

    OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 or AMD Ryzen 3 3100
    RAM: 8GB
    Storage: 75GB
