Chaosmonger Studio and Assemble Entertainment just released a new point-and-click adventure title, Encodya. They're calling it a "Bladerunner-meets-Full Throttle" style adventure that follows also in the footsteps of Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle, and it is available now on both Steam and GOG. The game is normally $24.99 (USD) but has a launch window discount of 20% off.
In addition to the basic version of the game there is also a special "Save the World" edition. This release includes the official art book, soundtrack, several "making-of" videos, and HD wallpapers. For every "Save the World" edition sold, Assemble will donate 10% of the proceeds to the children's charity, Plan International. This organization works to advance children's rights and equality for girls worldwide.
