First single-player expansion teased.

The first details on the first single player expansion for DOOM Eternal came out today courtesy of the Bethesda blog. The first piece of content is called The Ancient Gods, Part One and includes travel to "previously uncharted realms of the DOOM universe."

It is in these new locations where you will "confront a new challenge hand-on." The Ancient Gods, Part One will be released for DOOM Eternal later this year.

This content is part of the Year One Pass for the game. If you own the DOOM Eternal Deluxe Edition you already have access to that Year One Pass and don't have to worry about it. There will be more details on this expansion as the release nears.
