You won't return delayed, the game is called... oh forget it.
    Someday You'll Return

The release of the upcoming psychological horror game, Someday You'll Return, has been delayed slightly. The game was originally supposed to ship on April 14, 2020 but has since been pushed back a few weeks to May 5, 2020. The reason for the delay? If you guessed the coronavirus, you would be correct.

Initially, CBE Software thought that a release would be postponed "until the situation gets better globally, possibly for months." Thanks to technology making it easy for the team to work remotely, they have been able to get the work done that needed to get done faster than expected.

You can currently add Someday You'll Return to your Steam Wishlist as pre-orders are not yet available.

“Having to make the decision to delay the launch of Someday You’ll Return has been very difficult for us at CBE Software. The beta testing of the game has gone great, the game is almost ready to be released and we were really looking forward to launch this month. However, there are some elements, including live studio recording sessions, that were just not possible with the current crisis which have set us back. The most important thing is that everyone stays safe and does everything they can to minimize exposure to Covid-19. While we’re disappointed to have to wait to bring you our game, the health and safety of everyone involved is paramount.” says CBE Software co-founder Jan Kavan.

"Originally we thought we would have to postpone the release until the situation gets better globally, possibly for months, but that is not the case. We worked really hard to secure modern organizational tools and technology to help us complete our recording sessions remotely. Luckily for us we've been able to set up and implement these tools which has made the delay much shorter than originally feared. With these tools and the cooperation from our esteemed musicians. we are happy to be able to launch the game with only a minor delay."

      by Shawn Zipay
Wait, am I out of a job now?

Earlier today, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus (Covid-19) a pandemic. Think of a pandemic as an epidemic that has a much greater reach. Epidemics could be considered to be localized to just a few places in the world. Pandemics signify that there is a global impact. For a while, Covid-19 was still considered an epidemic because it was largely contained to areas of China and mostly to those that travel. As the virus continues...
