The studio that brought us the fantastic Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and the very decisive DmC: Devil May Cry is about to release something quite a bit different. On March 24, Ninja Theory will release their 4v4 team fighter known as Bleeding Edge.
The game is described as being "fast and frenetic." Much like other team brawlers on the market, Bleeding Edge features a rather eccentric cast of fighters to choose from. Each of them has their own unique look, style, and special ability. This is decidedly a very different game than some of the studio's other titles out there.
Bleeding Edge is also not a full priced title. It is already available for pre-purchase from either the Microsoft Store for the Xbox and Windows 10, or through Steam for just $29.99 (USD). Alternatively, if you are a Game Pass subscriber, Bleeding Edge will be added to Game Pass on the same day as the standard release. There will also be a physical retail release of the game, but unless you get it delivered, it would be wise to just get the digital version.
After Bleeding Edge, Ninja Theory already has two additional games that have been confirmed to be in development. The studio, owned by Microsoft since mid-2018, have already announced a Hellblade follow-up, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, along with an all-new psychological horror title, Project: Mara.
