When Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 is released, an entire dimension may also disappear. Sega just revealed that there are some exciting 2D events to play in addition to the expected 3D events included in the game.

There are actually ten different events that you can play in 2D complete with the old-school Mario and Sonic sprites that fans will undoubtedly remember fondly.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympics Games Tokyo 2020 will be released on the Nintendo Switch on November 5 in the Americas (November 8 in Europe).

I'm seeing quite a lot of interest for this game, it was hilarious seeing Wario riding a horse in the last game, but it has a bit more appeal beyond that now.
Some of the new events like skateboarding are cool, and this art style stuff certainly helps give it some soul.

With all that said, let's just get into the real reason we're here: To select an arbitrary option that doesn't really matter for anything besides morbid curiosity.

This month, I'm curious to see which of the major Mario sports franchises is your...
