Capcom released Resident Evil 7 biohazard last night around midnight (ET) to some pretty great review scores. The game is available on the PC, XB1, and PS4, not to mention it is VR exclusive to the PlayStation VR for the next year.Resident Evil 7 biohazard introduces players to Ethan Winters, who has been led to Dulvey, Louisiana in search of his missing wife. There he comes upon a sinister and supposedly abandoned plantation. Upon entering the property it becomes clear that there are secrets to unveil and all is not as it seems. Ethan soon encounters the mysterious Baker family, who have been missing from the area for some time. Will Ethan ever be reunited with his wife? Players will unfold all the secrets behind the mysterious plot as they embark on this truly terrifying and unpredictable survival horror experience.

I have personally played through the first four hours last night and it is good. It's damn good. Capcom says that they are going to support the release of Resident Evil 7 biohazard with some post-launch content. The first content drop hits the PlayStation 4 first on January 3 1. This DLC, Banned Footage Vol. 1 will then hit PC and XB1 on February 21. This $9.99 content will add two new pieces of playable videotape sections. It also includes a new mode, Ethan Must Die, which is said to be very difficult and is separate from the main campaign.
The second piece of DLC, Banned Footage Vol. 2, arrives on PlayStation 4 first on February 14 and on other platforms on February 21 for $14.99. This pack includes two new tape scenarios, "21" and "Daughters," along with a "comical" extra game mode called "Jack's 55th Birthday." The scenarios in both DLC packs are not PSVR compatible.
