  • Blizzard Remaking a Part of Diablo in Diablo III

    Blizzard announced today that they are remaking parts of the original Diablo within Diablo III as part of a special 20th anniversary patch for the franchise.

    The patch will include a 16-level cathedral and four bosses from the original Diablo. This content will include the original Diablo music, a "retrovision" for old-school visuals, only eight degrees of movement (as in the original), and will be available for all current characters to access.

    Fan response to this announcement has been less than enthusiastic.
