Bethesda passes along word that The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition is out today for the PC, PS4, and XB1. This release includes the base game as well as all four major DLC content packs that have been released for the game.
THE ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE: GOLD EDITION DETAILS
The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition will be available today for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC for $59.99 and includes the following content:
• The Elder Scrolls Online core game content, including hundreds of hours of sweeping adventures across Tamriel
• All four DLC Game Packs, featuring new quests, locations, and abilities, including:
o Imperial City
o Orsinium
o Thieves Guild
o Dark Brotherhood
• A Palomino horse mount
• 500 Crowns to spend in the in-game Crown Store for new game accounts

“GUILDS AND GLORY” DLC PACK UPGRADE FOR EXISTING PLAYERS
For existing players who have yet to jump into the DLC Game Packs, the Guilds and Glory bundle pack is now available, offering all four major DLC Game Packs in a single bundle for a special low price via the in-game Crown Store. Players can now instantly get access to all of the great content in Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood for only 5,500 Crowns (original price for all four DLC Game Packs was 9,500 Crowns).

From the looks of it, this isn't being sold through Steam, only through the ESO store and from select retailers.
